Want to know more?
On December 17th, Luca sets off for India again, carrying plenty of plans and a desire to ensure the encounters he experiences outlast the journey itself.
He wants to write a book in multiple languages, including those of the places he visits, so that its pages can speak with the voices of the people who opened their doors to him. He aims to create a graphic novel and collect sounds and images: to preserve a laugh, a greeting, and the beauty of finding closeness despite coming from worlds apart.
He dreams of gifting these books to the students at the Skylight World school in Bangalore, of placing them in their hands and saying: "This road led me to you. Now, the story belongs to you, too."
For while Luca sets out to discover the world, his greatest hope is to give back a little of the wonder he receives.
